Are all public stations, DC Fast Charging stations?

The term public charging stations includes both AC Level 2 and DC Fast Charging stations. Level 2 stations are common in metro areas, outside of businesses and in town centers where customers will park for a number of hours. DC Fast Charging stations are common along highway routes between cities to enable cross-country or long-distance travel in an EV.
