Face Mask Policy for Employees, Customers, and Visitors
At Silvercar, the health and safety of our customers and employees are our first priority. As a result, we have implemented the following policies in light of the COVID 19 pandemic that will stand alongside all of our other Safe Travels policies.
All Silvercar, Inc. employees will wear a mask or face covering that covers both nose and mouth while on the Company’s premises (indoors and outdoors) or otherwise while interacting with customers or visitors in connection with a reservation.
All Silvercar, Inc. employees will wash their hands or use hand sanitizer after every interaction with another person or after coming in close contact with or in small confined spaces that another Silvercar employee, customer, or visitor has just occupied. Additionally, all Silvercar, Inc. employees will, whenever possible, maintain a minimum of a 6-foot distance from customer, visitors, and other employees.
Customer and Visitor Policy
Customers and visitors must wear a mask at all times when on Silvercar premises or interacting with Silvercar employees in connection with a reservation and will be provided a mask if they do not have one.
This requirement does not apply if covering the nose or mouth poses a serious mental or physical health, safety, or security risk to a customer or patron, for example where a customer may have trouble breathing due to a medical condition, or is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the face covering without assistance.
