As a travel agent, how do I book with Silvercar on a renter's behalf?

Travel agents can book on behalf of clients directly on our travel agent landing page at or in the GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, or Worldspan).

On the Silvercar travel agent landing page, please enter your travel agent IATA number, name, email address, and phone number to start the booking process. This will allow us to contact you if necessary and for commission payments.

In the GDS, Silvercar's chain code is SC. Our principal model, the Audi A4, can be booked by selecting any of several 2/4 door vehicle categories (ICAR, SCAR, FCAR, PCAR or LCAR). Several markets also offer the Audi Q5, which can be booked by selecting any of several SUV categories (IFAR, FFAR, LFAR, or PFAR).

Your client will need the confirmation code to claim the reservation in the Silvercar app. Please ask your client to follow these steps:

  1. Download the Silvercar app.
  2. Tap "I booked outside Silvercar." at the bottom of the login screen.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter the confirmation # and create a profile.
